I enjoyed a meal in the dining area and received great service when a staff member offered to bring a jug of water to my room. This made my stay easier and more comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport was on time and hassle-free.

Parking was confusing, and I didn't receive clear instructions. It made for a frustrating arrival experience after a long journey.
